Blocks RD50

The next step in the Revolution

The RD50 features a bigger volume of 500x500x500mm combined with an IDEX system enabling a rapid prototype time for large-scale parts.

The actively heated chamber up to 75ºC also makes it easy to print with a whole new range of technical filaments.

It also offers all the features present in the R21 such as Print Cores, Linear Guides, LCD touch, fully closed with HEPA filters, RunOut, and Flow Filament Sensor.

IDEX System

This system consists of a dual x carriage which means two printing heads in the X axis. This system is used to increase production and also to increase the possibilities of combining different filaments and different colors in the same part.

Allows printing of two identical models at the same time doubling the production.

Allows printing of two symmetrically parts.

Using soluble supports in one printing head allows the other printing head to create intricate and geometric difficult parts in the other printing head and remove with ease the supports.

Allows to print with two different materials to make combinations for final parts.

Heated Chamber

This machine is equipped with heaters in the chamber of the machine which allow it to heat the chamber up to 65ºC increasing the range of technical filaments that can be used.

True Z Leveling

True Z Leveling and Auto Bed Leveling

With 3 independent Z motors, Blocks RD50 can level the print plate with a maximum standard deviation smaller than the first layer of the part. It also has active Bed Leveling correcting the Z Axis during the print.

Print Cores

Blocks’ print cores are also equipped in this machine which allows for reduced maintenance time by simply changing the print core. With a range of different nozzle size print cores, the user can also change the print core depending on the desired print quality and time.

Massive Build Volume

With a volume of 125 liters, the build volume of this printer is capable of handling any task that the user might throw at it.

Safety and Sensors

Emergency Button
The emergency is located at the front of the machine and allows the user to stop the machine at any given time.
Allows to recover any print in progress in the event of a power surge.
RunOut and Flow Filament Sensor
With these sensors, this machine prevents failures due to the lack of filament or due to clogging in the hotend, increasing performance and success rate of prints.
